Working as a Remote Customer Service Agent at Williams-Sonoma
As a newly hired Williams-Sonoma customer service agent, you’ll get three weeks of paid training “from the comfort of your home,” along with 40% merchandise discounts, and access to an employee recognition program and associate engagement contests and events. The pay is $12 an hour, and typically full-time customer service associates work 30 to 50 hours per week.
To qualify, you’ll need a desktop computer or laptop with high-speed Internet access and a web camera for live virtual interaction. You’ll also need a compatible headset that works with your computer. Seasonal, full-time customer service associates typically work five days a week for a total of 40 hours; one weekend day is usually part of the work schedule.
