Williams-Sonoma Is Hiring for Thousands of Customer Service Remote Jobs!

In all, Williams-Sonoma officials said, the company plans to hire about 2,500 seasonal customer service associates.

“Our associates are our lifeline so when they talk, we listen!” Josh Layton, Williams-Sonoma recruiting manager, told FlexJobs. “As we look to expand into new territories throughout the country, our target is to eventually provide our associates an opportunity to take their job with them wherever they go!”

Working as a Remote Customer Service Agent at Williams-Sonoma

As a newly hired Williams-Sonoma customer service agent, you’ll get three weeks of paid training “from the comfort of your home,” along with 40% merchandise discounts, and access to an employee recognition program and associate engagement contests and events. The pay is $12 an hour, and typically full-time customer service associates work 30 to 50 hours per week.

To qualify, you’ll need a desktop computer or laptop with high-speed Internet access and a web camera for live virtual interaction. You’ll also need a compatible headset that works with your computer. Seasonal, full-time customer service associates typically work five days a week for a total of 40 hours; one weekend day is usually part of the work schedule.

Some duties of this seasonal job include providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for the customer.
