What Flexible Work Means for FlexJobs Employees

What Flexible Work Means for FlexJobs Employees

At FlexJobs, we’ve been a virtual company since our beginning in 2007. Our drive to help others find work flexibility is further fueled by our staff’s own ability to work from home and on a flexible schedule.

With the sixth annual National Flex Day coming up on October 15, we wanted to find out what flexible work means to our staff and how they use it to better their lives.

National Flex Day celebrates flexwork and all that it does for people, and raises awareness around the benefits.

FlexJobs staffers who shared what work flexibility means to them are a great case in point of the benefits of work flex.

What were some common themes among FlexJobs employee responses? Family, scheduling, healthier living, pets, and mental health topped the list of reasons they love work flexibility.
