Effective project management is core to the smooth running and successful completion of any project, task, or assignment.
Often, this is done with the help of a recognised qualification. But PRINCE2® isn’t the only project management qualification available. Lean Six Sigma is also a successful methodology used by many organisations worldwide. Not only does it help businesses reduce costs, it also helps them to achieve business retention, improve staff morale, and increase customer satisfaction
This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course is designed to teach you the core skills and techniques that make up the Lean Six Sigma methodology. On completion, you’ll have the knowledge needed to pass the Lean Six Sigma exam and confidently implement your new-found expertise within your organisation’s projects.
