Duties: Provide order support, product selection guidance, and troubleshooting, all while maintaining a strong brand presence with all customers.
Qualifications: Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer, empathize with others, use logic, solve problems, and work on a team.
Location: From your home office in the U.S., EXCEPT for Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia. SYKES does not hire in these 10 states.
